We’ve got all the answers you need.

  • What does “unlimited” mean?
    You can send us as many design requests as you like, we will process them one by one in a queue for you as fast as we can. If you are not happy with any of the design concepts, you can then request as many changes to that concept as you like. You will never be charged more than the monthly fee and there are no other fees that you’ll need to pay to access our design service.
  • What if I send you 100 different requests in one go?
    We work by a queuing service, meaning that we’ll process each request individually and when one job has been sent for review, we will move onto the next. Your revisions will be placed in your queue before the next new job to ensure your work flow keeps moving.
  • Who owns the work that is designed?
    Once approved, you own everything that is designed by us. Much like the relationship you have with a design agency or a freelancer, as you have paid for the work, you have 100% ownership to do what you like with the job.
  • How do I know I will be happy with the designs?
    Dezigns Hub employs quality, trained designers. If you are not 100% happy with your design you can request as many changes as you like until it is perfect. To best way to ensure the design is right, and faster turn around times, is to provide as many details and examples as possible so we know exactly what you want.
  • What details should my design request include?
    Include these details every time for the best results: size, orientation, format (print or digital), preferred colours, inspiration designs, and text copy. The more descriptive you can be, the fewer revisions will be required.
  • Are there any restrictions on the types of design work that you do?
    Please refer to our scope of work for services we provide within each plan. If you’re looking for custom branding, video editing, animations, CAD, 3D work or programming then our service probably isn’t right for you.
  • How long is your turnaround time?
    Our turn-around time depends on the project and number of revisions. Expect between 1-3 days for most projects. More complex design projects such as a logos, brochures, menus and multi-page booklets will require more time.
  • What if I need something done immediately?
    To ensure quality of work, we require at least 1 business day to complete a task. You can put in a request to have the design completed urgently which will move that request to the top of your list but please understand the design process does take time.
  • I just received my design, what now?"
    You can request an unlimited number of changes, this means we will keep working on the design until you are 100% happy. When the job is finalised, you send us your approval and we then provide you with the final high resolution files as requested.
  • Can you adhere to brand & style guides?
    Yes we can. As long as the brand / style guide is provided along with any specific requirements on colours, fonts and sizing, we’ll be able to produce design work within your guidelines.
  • How are you different from other companies offering the same type of service?
    Dezigns Hub is a personalised service - you are not just an account on the system to us! All your design requests, revisions and questions go to a dedicated account manager who’s job it is to make sure you get the results you need. Many “unlimited” services use low paid, un-qualified designers from overseas who work long shifts to get through as many jobs as possible in a day. Our designers are professional, experienced designers with flexible working agreements meaning they spend time on your job and care about the results. And because we are an Australian business, you will be supporting home grown!
  • How does the trial work?
    You sign up, you try us out for 7 days, and you cancel if you decide it’s not the right fit. You are not billed during the trial period. You get billed only after day 7 and you don’t have to sign any contracts to continue with Dezigns Hub. Our service is delivered month-to-month for a flat monthly rate. So why do we collect payment details when you sign up? To ensure we are only providing work to clients who are seriously considering our service. Below are guidelines for the trial as well as some tips to help you determine if Dezigns Hub is right for you: During your trial you can make 3 requests to test our service, workflow and design quality. 1 request = 1 design and source files and/or print-ready files are not provided during the trial. If you decide to subscribe to the service, you will receive the source files and/or print-ready for all your requests. All design proofs will be watermarked so to protect copyright issues. We cannot design logos within the trial period due to the time required to develop concepts. This also prevents our work been taken advantage of if a client decided not to proceed with the subscription. Please note that complex jobs such as brochures and menus may not be completed within the trial period.
  • Am I locked into a contract?
    Our plans are month to month with no lock-in contracts. If you would like to cancel your subscription, your account will end at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • How do I cancel?
    You can email us directly (accounts@dezigns.com.au) or use the “Contact Us” from our website and request to cancel. You can continue to use our service until the end of your billing month and you will not be billed for the following month.
  • Can I put my account on hold?
    Yes! We understand that the unexpected may happen and you may not need our service for a period of time. You can email us directly (accounts@dezigns.com.au) or use the “Contact Us” from our website and request to put your account on hold. We can hold your account for up to 4 weeks. Simply let us know when you are ready to start your subscription again and your billing cycle will continue from then (or 4 weeks after the hold date).
